Nothing in ORS § 1.194 to 1.200 limits or affects the ability of a judge of a state court to enforce, modify, set aside, suspend, delay, condition, schedule or take any other action authorized by law with respect to a debt or money obligation owed to this state. [2001 c.823 § 16]
