Oregon Statutes 100.122 – Declaration prevails over inconsistent provisions of bylaws or articles of incorporation

In the event of a conflict between the declaration and the bylaws or between the declaration and any articles of incorporation, the declaration shall prevail except to the extent the declaration is inconsistent with ORS § 100.005 to 100.910. [1999 c.677 § 62]
