As used in ORS § 182.162 to 182.168:
(1) ‘State agency’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 358.635.
(2) ‘Tribe’ means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon. [2001 c.177 § 1]
182.162 to 182.168 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 182 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
