The Central Services Division of the Department of Transportation may establish a revolving fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund, not to exceed the aggregate amount of $5,000. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. [1983 c.136 § 4; 1989 c.966 § 7]
