The Oregon Transportation Commission shall report on audits of the Department of Transportation to the Joint Legislative Audit Committee established by ORS § 171.580 and to the Joint Committee on Transportation established by ORS § 171.858 at least once each biennium. - Joint committee: Committees including membership from both houses of teh legislature. Joint committees are usually established with narrow jurisdictions and normally lack authority to report legislation.
