If any provision of ORS § 192.583 to 192.607 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of ORS § 192.583 to 192.607 which can remain in effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 192.583 to 192.607 are severable.
