Oregon Statutes 215.279 – Farm income standard for dwelling in conjunction with farm use
In any rule adopted by the Land Conservation and Development Commission that establishes a farm income standard to determine whether a dwelling is customarily provided in conjunction with farm use on a tract, the commission shall allow a farm operator to satisfy the income standard by earning the required amount or more of farm income on the tract:

- Farm use: has the meaning given that term in ORS § 215. See Oregon Statutes 215.010
- Tract: means one or more contiguous lots or parcels under the same ownership. See Oregon Statutes 215.010
(1) In at least three of the last five years;
(2) In each of the last two years; or
(3) Based on the average farm income earned on the tract in the best three of the last five years. [2011 c.459 § 1]
215.279 was added to and made a part of ORS Chapter 215 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
