Klamath International Trade & Transportation Services (KITTS), an Oregon corporation, is authorized by ORS § 285A.325 and 285A.328 to establish, operate and maintain a foreign trade zone in this state. [1997 c.499 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 285A.328
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
285A.328 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 285A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
