It is the purpose of ORS § 285B.320 to 285B.371 to authorize the exercise of powers granted by ORS § 285B.320 to 285B.371 by this state in addition to and not in lieu of any other powers it may possess. [Formerly 285.310; 1999 c.509 § 29; 2001 c.680 § 2; 2007 c.804 § 72]
