(1)(a) The annual salary of the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals shall be $154,040 for the period beginning on January 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2020.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 292.406

  • Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.

(b) On July 1, 2020, the annual salary of the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, as adjusted under ORS § 292.428, shall be increased by $5,000.

(2)(a) The annual salary of each other judge of the Court of Appeals shall be $150,980 for the period beginning on January 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2020.
