As used in ORS § 294.900 to 294.930, ‘council of governments’ means an entity organized by units of local government under an intergovernmental agreement under ORS § 190.003 to 190.130, which does not act under the direction and control of any single member government and does provide services directly to individuals. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 294.900

  • local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
