(1) Every corporation expecting to have a tax liability under either ORS Chapter 317 or 318 of $500 or more shall make an estimate of tax liability for the corporation’s tax year and pay the amount of tax determined as provided in ORS § 314.515.

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

(2) The Department of Revenue shall by rule provide for the payment of estimated tax liability by a group of affiliated corporations filing a consolidated return.
