Except to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of ORS § 341.604 to 341.618 or rules adopted thereunder, the provisions of ORS § 341.675 to 341.715 shall apply to bonds authorized pursuant to ORS § 341.604 to 341.618 and to taxes levied to pay such bonds. [1995 c.357 § 10]
