Oregon Statutes 341.937 – Capital improvements for access for persons with disabilities
In preparing an agency request budget for each biennium, after consultation with the community colleges and their respective representatives of the community of persons with disabilities at the colleges, the Higher Education Coordinating Commission shall include amounts for capital improvements that will be applied to the substantial reduction and eventual elimination of barriers to access by persons with disabilities.
