In addition to the authority now vested by any other provision of law state highway bonds of the State of Oregon used to provide funds for purposes of ORS § 367.700 to 367.750 in the aggregate principal sum may not exceed $50 million. [1975 c.211 § 1; 1981 c.660 § 34]
