In carrying out the purposes of ORS § 390.310 to 390.368 the State Parks and Recreation Department may enter into contracts with any agency of the United States, this state or a political subdivision thereof, or with any private person, agency or corporation to perform natural vegetative landscaping or to perform work to restore damage resulting from natural causes to vegetation on any land subject to a scenic easement within the boundaries of the Willamette River Greenway in accordance with the terms of the scenic easement acquired on such land.
