(1) Violation of ORS § 448.005 to 448.090 by any person, firm or corporation, whether acting as principal or agent, employer or employee, is a Class B misdemeanor. Each day that the violation continues is a separate offense.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 448.990
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) Subject to ORS § 153.022, violation of any of the following is a Class A misdemeanor:
(a) Any rule of the Oregon Health Authority adopted pursuant to ORS § 448.115 to 448.330.
(b) Any order issued by the authority pursuant to ORS § 448.175.
