When under ORS § 453.605 to 453.800 a license or registration or both, as the case may be, is required for that purpose, no person shall receive, acquire, own, possess, use, manufacture, produce or transfer any radiation source without the license or registration or both, as the case may be. [1961 c.664 § 6]
