The Bottle Bill Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Bottle Bill Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and may be used to pay the costs of the commission in carrying out the duties of the commission under ORS § 459A.700 to 459A.744.
