The State Fish and Wildlife Commission may offer and authorize payment of rewards for the arrest and conviction of any person who has violated any of the commercial fishing laws, but no reward of more than $100 shall be offered or paid for any one arrest or conviction. [Amended by 1965 c.570 § 48]

- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
