Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 530.210

  • Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.

(1) ‘Bonds’ are the general obligation bonds of the State of Oregon issued pursuant to Article XI-E, Oregon Constitution.
