All moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS § 558.010 to 558.140, in addition to any other appropriation of funds available for the administration of ORS § 558.010 to 558.140, hereby are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of ORS § 558.010 to 558.140.
