When granting appropriate temporary relief or a restraining order, or making and entering a judgment enforcing, modifying and enforcing as so modified, or setting aside in whole or in part an order of the Employment Relations Board, as provided in ORS § 663.175 to 663.260, the jurisdiction of the court is not limited by ORS § 662.010 to 662.130. - Board: means the Employment Relations Board. See Oregon Statutes 663.005
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
