Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 688.625
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) ‘Hemodialysis technician’ means a person certified by the Oregon Health Authority under ORS § 688.650.
(2) ‘Outpatient renal dialysis facility’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 442.015. [1997 c.580 § 1; 2003 c.14 § 436; 2009 c.595 § 1094; 2023 c.199 § 5]
