A person who suffers loss or damage because of the breach of any trust committed to a trust company may recover the amount of the loss or damage out of the moneys or securities deposited under ORS § 709.030 with the director by the trust company. [Amended by 1973 c.797 § 187; 1997 c.631 § 207]
