Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 97.951

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.

 

97.951 to 97.982 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 97 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
