No person shall cause any concealment of any plants or plant parts from inspection by the director or his or her authorized agents.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 2-16-5
- Director: means the director of the department of environmental management for the state of Rhode Island and his or her authorized agents. See Rhode Island General Laws 2-16-2
