Remedies available in a contract controversy brought under the provisions of § 11-35-4230. The appropriate chief procurement officer or the Procurement Review Panel, in the case of review under § 11-35-4410(1), may award such relief as is necessary to resolve the controversy as allowed by the terms of the contract or by applicable law.
