Such officers shall keep accounts of all such funds so paid by each of them respectively to such county treasurers. Such accounts shall show the dates of such payments, the titles of cases or sources from which such funds are derived and the amount so paid over to the said treasurer. Each county treasurer shall open and keep a separate account with each officer paying such funds to him of all funds so received by him from such officers.
