As used in this article:
(1) "Authority" means a technical college Enterprise Campus Authority.
Terms Used In South Carolina Code 59-53-2400
- Authority: means a technical college Enterprise Campus Authority. See South Carolina Code 59-53-2400
- Commission: means an area commission as defined by § 59-53-52. See South Carolina Code 59-53-2400
- Enterprise campus: means the real and personal property subject to the management and control of an authority. See South Carolina Code 59-53-2400
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
(2) "Board" means the governing body of an authority.
(3) "Commission" means an area commission as defined by § 59-53-52.
(4) "Enterprise campus" means the real and personal property subject to the management and control of an authority. The enterprise campus may consist of one or more tracts or parcels of real property and none of the tracts or parcels must be contiguous with other properties constituting the enterprise campus.
