Terms Used In Tennessee Code 13-20-201
- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - blighted: as used in this part , except in this section and in the definitions in §. See Tennessee Code 13-20-212
- dilapidation: means extreme deterioration and decay due to lack of repairs to and care of the area. See Tennessee Code 13-20-201
- Property: includes both personal and real property. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
