Tennessee Code 38-1-601 – Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) “Department” means the department of commerce and insurance; and

(2) “Wireless telecommunications service provider” means a provider of commercial mobile radio service as defined by 47 C.F.R. § 20.3.
