(1) “Board” means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund;

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 50-6-602

  • Board: means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
  • Fund: means the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(2) “Fund” means the competitive state compensation insurance fund; and
(3) “Personal injury” or “injury” has the meaning given to it in § 50-6-102.
