The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 282 of the Public Acts of 1905, as amended, being section 207.1 to 207.21 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
