The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 150 of the Public Acts of 1927, as amended, being section 207.101 to 207.202 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
