The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to section 801 to 810 of Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended, being section 257.801 to 257.810 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
