Terms Used In Michigan Laws 21.288

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o

Sec.18.

     The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to part 781 (Michigan state waterways commission) of the natural resources and environmental protection act, Act No. 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, being section 324.78101 to 324.78112 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
