Terms Used In Michigan Laws 247.311
- highways: as used in this act shall include without limitation all state, county and township highways and roads and all highways, streets, avenues, boulevards and alleys in cities and villages, and any place wheresoever situated in this state which is dedicated to the use of public vehicular traffic. See Michigan Laws 247.311
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The word “highways” as used in this act shall include without limitation all state, county and township highways and roads and all highways, streets, avenues, boulevards and alleys in cities and villages, and any place wheresoever situated in this state which is dedicated to the use of public vehicular traffic.
