Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by fine of not more than 500 dollars and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment in the county jail not more than 100 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
