Terms Used In Michigan Laws 322.454

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     All claims made by virtue of section 1 and 3 of this act shall be made within 6 months after this act shall take effect, and not afterwards: Provided, That the commissioner of the state land office may extend the time to determine contested cases for 30 days.
