Terms Used In Michigan Laws 395.89
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
- State board: means the state board of education. See Michigan Laws 395.82
The state board shall make at the close of each biennium a biennial report to the governor and to the legislature in regard to the administration of this act. The report shall contain a statement of the expenditures of all moneys, both federal and state, for the purposes mentioned in this act.
