As used in this act:
(a) “Officer” means a supervisor, treasurer, clerk, or trustee.
Terms Used In Michigan Laws 41.1b
- Clerk: means the clerk of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. See Michigan Laws 41.1b
- Supervisor: means the supervisor of a township elected under chapter XVI of the Michigan election law, Act No. See Michigan Laws 41.1b
- Township board: means the township board of a township constituted as provided in section 70. See Michigan Laws 41.1b
- Treasurer: means the treasurer of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. See Michigan Laws 41.1b
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
- Trustee: means a trustee of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. See Michigan Laws 41.1b
(b) “Supervisor” means the supervisor of a township elected under chapter XVI of the Michigan election law, Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1954, being section 168.341 to 168.373 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(c) “Township board” means the township board of a township constituted as provided in section 70.
(d) “Clerk” means the clerk of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1954.
(e) “Treasurer” means the treasurer of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1954.
(f) “Trustee” means a trustee of a township elected under chapter XVI of Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1954.
