(a) The school district a student attends shall provide a record of the comparisons made under § 39.034 and provided to the district under § 39.302 in a written notice to the student’s parent or other person standing in parental relationship.
(b) For a student who failed to perform satisfactorily as determined under either performance standard under § 39.0241 on an assessment instrument administered under § 39.023(a), (c), or (l), the school district shall include in the notice specific information relating to access to educational resources at the appropriate assessment instrument content level, including assessment instrument questions and answers released under § 39.023(e).
