(a) Each school district shall prepare a report of the comparisons made under § 39.034 and provided to the district under § 39.302 and provide the report at the beginning of the school year to:
(1) each teacher for all students, including incoming students, who were assessed on an assessment instrument under § 39.023; and
(2) all students under Subdivision (1) who were provided instruction by that teacher in the subject for which the assessment instrument was administered under § 39.023.
(b) The report shall indicate whether the student performed satisfactorily or, if the student did not perform satisfactorily, whether the student met the standard for annual improvement under § 39.034.
