(a) Not later than February 1 of each year, the superintendent or manager of a building or structure described by § 1504.102 shall file with the chief executive officer of the municipality a detailed report of the operation of the building or structure for the year ending on the preceding January 1.
(b) The report must show the total amount of money collected and the balance due, and the total disbursements made and the amounts remaining unpaid, resulting from the operation of the building or structure during that year.
