(a) Each state agency that becomes a participant in the centralized accounting and payroll systems as authorized by Sections 2101.035 and 2101.036 shall use the system to identify and record each contract entered into by the agency as specified by the rules, policies, or procedures developed by the comptroller.
(b) The comptroller shall provide as necessary information and state agency contract data contained in the centralized accounting and payroll systems to other state agencies with oversight duties, including the Legislative Budget Board, the state auditor’s office, and the Department of Information Resources.
