The attorney general shall give written notice of the commission’s notification to the attorney general under § 526.0252 or 526.0253 to the hospital that is the subject of the notification. The notice must include:
(1) a brief summary of the alleged violation;
(2) a statement of the amount of the administrative penalty to be imposed; and
(3) a statement of the hospital’s right to a hearing on the alleged violation, the amount of the penalty, or both.
