- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
An arbitrator shall:
(1) protect the interests of all parties;
(2) ensure that all relevant evidence has been disclosed to the arbitrator and to all parties; and
(3) render an award consistent with this subtitle and the policies of the division.
