Terms Used In Texas Water Code 36.301
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
If a district fails to submit a management plan or to receive approval of its management plan under § 36.1072, or fails to submit or receive approval of an amendment to the management plan under § 36.1073, the commission shall take appropriate action under § 36.303.
