Utah Code 23A-3-301. Definitions

As used in this part:

(1) “Board” means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund Board created in Section 23A-3-305.

Terms Used In Utah Code 23A-3-301

Board: means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund Board created in Section 23A-3-305. See Utah Code 23A-3-301
Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
Legacy fund: means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund created in Section 23A-3-304. See Utah Code 23A-3-301

(2) “Legacy fund” means the Utah Natural Resources Legacy Fund created in Section 23A-3-304.
